Standard Business Terms

Deposit:

Bookings are just binding, if we have received the deposit. It is seen as the affirmation of the contract.
Kinderhotel St.Zeno:
  600€ (Winter), 400€ (Summer) per room per week
Holiday house "Chalet Museumshaus":
  1000€ (Winter), 500€ (Summer) per week
Holiday apartments Bergland:
  300€ (Winter), 200€ (Summer) per apartment per week

Bank:
Sparkasse Imst/Serfaus, bank code: 20502, account nr.: 4300-011048
For foreign transfers:

Please state the vacation dates with every transfer!

Credit card: We need following information: card number, credit card institute , validity period and card holder
Additionally we will charge the processing fee of 15 Euro.

Discounts:

Repeater- and recommender discounts are just applicable with normal rates, not with special offers like lump sums or packages.
Maximum of discount: 20 %

Cancellation:

Payment  and cancellation conditions
2 month before arrival: processing and cancellation fee 30Euro
1 month before arrival: deposit will be charged(600 Euro / 400 Euro)
less than 1 month before arrival or delayed arrival or previous departure: the whole holiday will be charged decreased by 20 percent food and beverage rate

Additionally you could get an travel cancellation insurance with the booking of your vacation. More at: Hanse Merkur-Versicherung

Arrival: Your room will be ready at 2 pm, holiday house & apartments at 4 pm
Depature: The room has to be free until 10 am
Pets: Familyhotel St.Zeno: NOT Allowed; Holiday house & apartments: 20Euro per day
 

Arrival and departure days:

WINTER: usually saturday, Arrival and departure during the week is possible but often connected with room movings
SUMMER: every day
