For our ambitious efforts to act as gentle as possible with the environment, the St. Zeno achieved the award
" UMWELTSIEGEL TIROL"
The hotel is situated on a plateau in the mountains of Tyrol, on 1,450 ms - a quiet location at the edge of the forest with marvelous panorama over Serfaus. By foot you can reach the centre of the village in 10 minutes.
Constructed in the year 1970 - constantly development and renovation - among others, something NEW: Wellness area with alpine character situated directly on the mountain side with forest terrace on the top of the Arge-ravine.
NOW: We start a new hotel design '08 with the design team for design and architecture Sigrid Thaler and Dipl. Engineer Alexander Ertl.

Solar cells on the top of the roof of St. Zeno
As one of the first Tyrolean enterprises, the St. Zeno takes advantage of heat production through the power of the sun. Therefore, solar panels are installed on the top of the roof of the hotel on 150 m2, which is supposed to reduce 30 - 40% of emissions (as found out in a study of TU Graz).
